Buju Banton was recently released from prison after serving 7+ years. He recently published an open letter stating his desire to reunite with his family and focus on his music. DJ Khaled has been a longtime supporter of Banton's and reportedly has signed him to a record deal. Buju's camp has also launched a website that will serve as a hub for concert information, merchandise sales, and any information on Buju. The star will perform his first concert on March 16, 2019, at the National Arena, Kingston, Jamaica. The concert is a part of his "A Long Walk to Freedom" tour, tentatively scheduled for various islands throughout the Caribbean.
