If you didn't a know a thing about Soca music, Caribbean music artist Bunji Garlin's carnival - ready tune 'Differentology' certainly gave you a grand introduction. The popular record hit the airwaves and soon after production duo Major Lazer served up their EDM version of the track. Tastemakers from yard to the world also took notice resulting in Garlin's Soul Train Best International Performance award win (results were broadcast December 1st on BET and Centric). And though his name and music may have been unfamiliar to American audiences prior to 2013, Bunji is no stranger to the lime light. His successful music career spans over two decades during which time he's recorded more than 100 songs. Impressive you say; well it doesn't stop there.
